Sometimes, the food that we eat can help cure our sleep disorders. Foods containing tryptophan are good to help induce sleep; some of these foods are those rich in carbohydrates, cheese, nuts, beans, and many more. Tryptophan, however, should not be taken as a supplement since it may cause joint and muscle pain, depression and learning difficulties.
